Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how changes and cancellations work for each option.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

To support the free shipping and subscriber-only discount offered on subscriptions, a minimum of two deliveries is required. Subscriptions can be cancelled or changed after the second delivery has been processed.

Once the minimum two deliveries have been fulfilled, you are free to cancel or adjust your subscription at any time.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel once the minimum delivery requirement has been met.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by accessing your customer account.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment details to be charged once the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, however you may request a refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorise your payment method before shipping your order.

You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
