We get it – sometimes things don’t go to plan. Maybe a product didn’t quite suit you, or your parcel had a rough ride. Whatever the reason, we’re here to make things right with a returns process that’s as natural and gentle as our ingredients.

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you return, refund or exchange your item – no stress, no fuss.

  • Simple steps: Just email us at mantrabeeorganics@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s up and any photos to help us understand the issue.

  • Free return shipping on all approved returns within Australia. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label – easy peasy.

  • Fast processing: We’ll sort your return or refund within 2–3 business days of receiving your items. 

Damaged or Faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’re on it. Please email us with a photo so we can fix the issue straight away.
