Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all approved retail partners purchasing wholesale products from Mantra Bee.

By placing a wholesale order with Mantra Bee, the retailer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Mantra Bee reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.

2. Wholesale Access

Wholesale access is available only to approved retail partners.

Approved retailers will receive access to the Mantra Bee wholesale collection through their customer login.

Wholesale pricing and access must remain confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

3. Minimum Orders

A minimum wholesale order value of AUD $300 applies to all wholesale orders.

Retail partners are welcome to mix and match across the wholesale range to suit their store.

Minimum order requirements may be updated at any time without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Orders may be placed:

  • directly through the Mantra Bee wholesale collection, or
  • via invoice upon request.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Wholesale pricing may change without notice.

Recommended retail pricing may be provided as guidance only. Retail partners are responsible for setting their own final retail pricing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for invoiced orders.

Free shipping promotions offered to retail customers do not apply to wholesale orders.

Mantra Bee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal or courier services once orders have been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • order details
  • clear photographs of the issue
  • description of the damage or fault

Approved replacements or credits will be provided at the discretion of Mantra Bee.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale ordering, Mantra Bee does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect ordering
  • unsold products

9. Product Presentation & Handmade Variations

Mantra Bee products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients.

Slight variations in colour, scent, texture, and appearance may naturally occur between batches and are not considered faults.

These variations are part of the handmade nature and individuality of the products.

10. Retail & Online Sales

Wholesale products are intended for approved retail locations.

Retail partners may not resell Mantra Bee products through online stores, third-party marketplaces, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms without prior written permission from Mantra Bee.

11. Use of Brand Assets

Approved retail partners may use approved Mantra Bee product images and marketing assets for the purpose of promoting Mantra Bee products.

Branding, product descriptions, imagery, and content remain the intellectual property of Mantra Bee and may not be altered or misrepresented.

12. Exclusivity

Mantra Bee does not offer guaranteed territory or store exclusivity unless agreed to in writing.

13. Account Review & Termination

Mantra Bee reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access at any time for:

  • misuse of wholesale access
  • breach of these terms
  • non-payment
  • inappropriate representation of the brand
